Sub: Training Programme for Programme Officers & Volunteer Secretaries – reg.

NSS Cell of the Directorate of VHSE has proposed to conduct a two day residential training programme for Volunteer Secretaries from both first and second year (1 male & 1 female) and Programme Officers of Kuttippuram region at Govt. VHSS (T.H.S) Manjeri on 12th and 13th October 2010. You are requested to depute The Programme Officer and two volunteer secretaries to attend the programme without fail. The volunteers are not permitted to bring mobile phones to the Camp. The Programme Officers are requested to bring the following documents and hand over the same to district co-Ordinators.

  1. Copy of advisory committee minutes book for the academic year 2010-2011.
  2. Special report on communal harmony week, 2010 NSS day celebration, Gandhi Jayanthi etc.
  3. Monthly report up to September 2010 (those who have not submitted earlier)
  4. The volunteer should bring utensils, bed sheet etc.


The units which do not participate in directorate level programme and not submit monthly reports will not be awarded NSS Certificate / Grace Mark. Registration fee of Rs. 350/- per volunteer should be remitted in cash at the time of registration meeting the expenses from the Regular Activity Fund already sanctioned from this Directorate.

Registration Fee : Rs 700/- for two Volunteer Leaders.

Registration time : 9 am to 9.30 am on 12.10.2010

Venue : Govt. VHSS Manjeri (JTS)

Valedictory function : 3 – 3.30 pm 13.10.2010
